Ealth Query I have huge gastric acidity and I have used Ulpride od 75 tablets and Neopride total but ulpride od is now bar from market and neopride total is very costly can you suggest me other alopathic tablet for this gastric acidity I have cosmic pain and stomach getting hard when I am. Eating little foods in stomach getting joint and generating to many gases I can not eat food please help.

First of all wake up early and go for walking or jogging,,do some yoga,,take food in every 3-4 hrs interval,,small food at a time,,take over night soaked jeera water i the morning,,take amla and alovera juice in the morning,,with this u need proper homoeopathic treatment to cure ur problem permanently
